Topicality. One of the global problems of the modern system of physical education at universities is the catastrophic increase in the number of students with severe hypokinesia. The lack of the necessary amount of physical activity and the low level of adaptive reserves of the body of most people of this age are one of the key reasons that lead to pronounced physiological processes of maladaptation, hypodynamia and, as a result, hypokinesia. The Purpose of the Research. Improvement of the system of physical education of students with hypokinesia in the conditions of strength fitness and creation of the latest technology for developing models of classes for the adaptation of their functional capabilities. Methods. The paper uses theoretical, analytical and pedagogical methods, the combination of which is necessary for a systematic information analysis of the scientific problem. Search for effective ways to solve it and develop an algorithm for conducting further series of fundamental research to develop the latest technologies for improving the system of physical education of students with hypokinesia in terms of strength fitness. The Results. This paper presents a scientifically grounded, based on the results of previous fundamental research, algorithm for building a system of physical education for students with hypokinesia in the conditions of strength fitness, which in structure and content is fundamentally different from the “classical” options for solving such issues. The experimental technology of development of models of classes for adaptation of functional capabilities of students with hypokinesia in conditions of power fitness is offered. The complexity of our proposed technology lies in the need for an effective and at the same time safe, taking into account the results of the analysis of a wide range of physiological and biochemical data and the established individual level of resistance of the body of students with hypokinesia to a stressful stimulus, a reasonable combination of load modes in conditions of different mechanisms of energy supply and the necessary variability of the complex of strength exercises. Practical realization of the proposed structural changes in the system and introduction of experimental technologies in the development of training models will positively influence the processes of increasing the level of resistance of students with hypokinesia to a stressful stimulus with different load parameters in the conditions of strength fitness training. Conclusions. One of the key factors of effective implementation of strength fitness in the system of physical education of students with hypokinesia is the need for a radical change in its structure. Using the results of modern scientific research in the process of optimizing the content of theoretical and practical components. Additional studying of physiological processes of adaptation, mechanisms of its control, correction of loading modes on the background of various combinations of combinations of power exercises is an effective variant of acquisition of the necessary level of knowledge for independent optimization of models of classes taking into account an individual level of hypokinesia.
